Smooth check-in process. The room offered decent space with modern decor and appeared recently updated, creating a distinct contrast to the rest of the hotel.

The pathways to the rooms felt like a trek through a labyrinth. Some hallways carried an overwhelming bleach smell, while others had the unfortunate scent of smoke. The pillows lacked any real comfort, nearly flat, which made sleep challenging. there were rusty fixtures in the bathroom and a lack of towel hooks. The dining menu was quite limited, which left me seeking options outside the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable during my stay, with a spacious gym that I really appreciated. the heating was too high at times, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast options were basic but satisfactory for a quick meal.

We had a comfy stay with clean though dated rooms and enjoyed delicious meals, especially the lamb, but the breakfast left much to be desired.

It was just a fine choice for a city break in Manchester with real value for money. The pink carpet was surprisingly filthy, making it a bit hard to relax. Just be cautious about noise levels outside, particularly late at night.

I had a fantastic stay with a super clean room and a cozy bed. The breakfast was abundant, and I loved the hot tub so much! I would absolutely return for another visit.

Good value for a night out

Stayed here for a night with my partner and wow, what a deal at just £54! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. It's close enough to central Manchester, perfect for a night out. Rooms could use a bit of TLC, but we had a comfy bed and the breakfast was a nice touch. Oh, and the bar area was nice too! Only downside was the worn-out decor, but for the price, can't really complain!

Loved the spacious gym and the squash courts were a blast! really appreciated the ample parking available.

the fairways was a nice spot to relax. it had a fitness center which i really appreciated. the location was perfect, being just 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle, situated near a golf course. i noticed the bar looked charming, too, though i didn't get a chance to experience it.

The staff delivered exceptional service, as the receptionist remembered my name from the previous evening. The installation of underfloor heating and heated mirrors in the bathroom added a luxurious touch to my stay. Breakfast was an extra cost and not included initially, making it less appealing.

had a fab time here! the full english breakfast was amazin and the staff were super helpful. it's cheap and definitely gets the job done, not 5 star but for the price it's a steal. everything was clean n comfy, made our stay really nice.
